In 2021, a group of young people came together to tackle one of Campbell County’s largest community led projects ever – an inclusive playground that will be located right off the Caryville exit.

Every park in our community was built with able-bodied children in mind.  Very little consideration was ever given to those children who may have a disability.  We believe that every child deserves the chance to play, regardless of ability level, and know that they truly matter.
